dsh calendar connects an agent running on its operator's machine to Google Calendar and Google Tasks, so the operator can read and manage their own schedule and to-do lists.

An assistant for one account owner.
This is a personal utility for Zhecheng Hu. It is not a public signup service. The operator authorizes their own Google account through Google's OAuth consent screen and uses the agent to work with calendar events and tasks.
The intended functions are to read upcoming events, create or update appointments, remove events when requested, and read or manage tasks. Access is limited by the permissions granted in Google and by the agent's configuration.

How information is handled.
This policy covers the personal dsh calendar application operated by Zhecheng Hu and this information website.
Google data accessed
After the operator grants access, the application can receive calendar and event information, such as titles, descriptions, dates, times, locations, attendees and calendar identifiers, and task information, such as titles, notes, due dates, completion status and task-list identifiers. It processes only the information returned by the Google APIs for the operations being performed.
The OAuth permissions used by this integration include https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks. These scopes allow reading and modifying data, including deletion. The Calendar scope also permits calendar and sharing management; the intended use of this tool is personal scheduling, rather than publishing or changing calendar sharing.
Purpose and use
Google data is used to answer the operator's scheduling questions and carry out their calendar and task requests. This application does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop or train general-purpose AI models.
AI services and other recipients
The agent may send relevant event or task content, the operator's instructions, and tool results to the language-model API provider or providers configured by the operator, to interpret requests and produce responses. Running the agent on the operator's machine does not mean that all processing stays on that machine. The configured providers process submitted information under their applicable terms, privacy policies and account settings; their retention practices may differ.
Google receives the API requests needed to read or modify the operator's account. OAuth tokens are stored on the machine running the agent and are used for authentication with Google. They are not sent to language-model providers. No OAuth credentials or private calendar or task records are published on this website.
Storage and retention
The operator controls the machine and storage used by the agent. OAuth tokens are retained by the integration to maintain authorized access. Calendar or task content can also remain in conversation history, tool results, caches, logs or backups according to that runtime's configuration, until the operator removes those records.
Records in Google Calendar and Google Tasks remain in Google until changed or deleted there. Information sent to a model provider is also subject to that provider's retention rules. Removing a local copy or revoking OAuth access does not automatically delete records already held by Google or another provider.
Control, revocation and deletion
The operator can stop the agent and revoke its Google access at Google Account connections. Revocation prevents further access using that authorization. Stored tokens and local history can be removed from the agent's storage; calendar and task records can be deleted through Google. This website
This is a static information page. It has no analytics scripts, advertising, login forms, cookies set by application code, or embedded third-party resources. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process ordinary request information such as IP addresses and browser metadata to deliver and protect the website, in accordance with its privacy policy.
Google API Limited Use
dsh calendar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Changes and contact

dsh calendar is maintained by Zhecheng Hu for personal use. This page does not offer public account registration, a paid service, or access to the operator's agent.
Authorized use
The application is intended to be used only with an account the operator owns or has permission to manage, in accordance with Google's applicable terms and the terms of any configured model provider.
Changes to calendars and tasks
The agent can create, edit or delete records within the permissions granted. AI-generated interpretations can be incorrect. The operator is responsible for reviewing consequential changes and maintaining any needed backups. The tool is provided as available, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free results.
Stopping use
The operator can stop using the application at any time, revoke its Google access, and remove its local credentials and stored records. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
